Would you love to make a quilt but don’t know where to start?  Don’t worry!  With a little help, anyone can make a quilt.  Before Covid put a spanner in the works, I used to run a series of classes at my local fabric store which would give you all the skills you need to make your very own beautiful quilt.

Learn the basic techniques of patchwork and quilting and construct a beautiful lap quilt in the process. The simple construction techniques used in the Hip to be Square quilt makes it a fantastic first patchwork project.  It’s perfect to add a splash of colour to a sofa or bed.  This 3 part class will take you through all stages of making this beautiful lap quilt.  The quilt design offers a great opportunity  to showcase some of your  favourite fabrics and looks equally at home in modern or classic interiors.
